Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor who will work with our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. The role includes supervising, hiring, training, and evaluating the service team to ensure top-notch customer service and product quality.

The position requires driving a company vehicle and supporting the team with lifting and mobility around client sites. The supervisor will also manage customer relationships, renewals, and internal sales while maintaining efficient

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT/Provincial requirements if driving a regulated vehicle (>10,000 lbs).
• Be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team on route and in-house to ensure high customer service and product quality.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team for optimal performance.
• Drive company vehicle to/from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking in/around accounts.
• Oversee key service areas: customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales, route structure, and driver compliance.
