Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team and manage both route and in-house operations. The role includes supervising the team responsible for customer service, sales, and pick-up/delivery, while ensuring high standards of service and product quality.

The position requires facilitating hiring, training, and ongoing development, driving a company vehicle, and assisting with physical tasks across customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team delivering customer service, sales, and pick-up/delivery of products
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to/from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking in accounts
• Maintain strong customer relationships, handle contract renewals, and improve route efficiency and driver compliance
