Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the service crew, hire, train, develop and evaluate staff to ensure top-quality service and product delivery, and support route operations.

The role requires driving a company vehicle to customer sites, assisting with lifting and walking in customer accounts, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while ensuring driver and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license required and must meet DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment required.
