Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Experience working in a sales related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Training or instructor experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to ensure top service levels
• Oversee route structure, customer relationships and contract renewals
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and support lifting and handling
• Ensure driver compliance and safety standards
