Job summary

Cintas seeks a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will supervise the team delivering customer service, sales and pickups/deliveries, while developing staff to ensure top service and quality.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating the service team, managing renewals, optimizing routes, and maintaining driver compliance. This is a middle-management role with direct leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required
• Be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification required
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to deliver customer service, sales and product pick-up/delivery
• Lead hiring, training, and development of staff
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and renewals of customer contracts
• Increase internal sales and maintain an efficient route structure
• Ensure driver compliance and safety in accordance with DOT requirements
