Qualifications

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills and experience related to fire alarm or electronic security systems.
• Solid programming skills to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
• Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and after-hours service calls on a timely basis; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary and complete accurate, detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support customer programs and small projects.
