Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Service Specialist to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing maintenance, and handling small projects. You’ll work with a dynamic team and have opportunities to grow as Convergint grows.

You’ll need strong technical skills in fire alarm and electronic security systems, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to travel locally. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with CCTV: Milestone/Genetec; access control: AMAG/Lenel/Genetec/Software House CCURE/S2; intrusion: DMP/Bosch.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and emergency service calls on a timely basis; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Install projects and perform custom system integrations and maintenance as needed.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
