Sunset Auto Family is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the Service Department. You will handle inbound/outbound calls with scripts, maintain excellent customer service, and efficiently navigate multiple software applications while learning service information for various makes/models.

The role emphasizes a friendly, reliable, and organized team player who communicates well, handles pressure, and shows willingness to learn company processes.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience required (preferred call center experience).
• Service experience preferred but not required.
• Must work well with customers and under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer ability.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Excellent attendance record; positive attitude; willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain world-class customer service and professionalism with all customers.
• Navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately.
• Acquire knowledge of service information related to makes and models of dealerships.
• Recommend additional products that best fit customer service needs.
• Ensure all calls are answered promptly.
• Interact effectively with dealer personnel at all levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
