Job summary

HASELWOOD AUTO GROUP is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to deliver exceptional service experiences by scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and coordinating with Service Advisors and Shop Leads.

You will be responsible for documenting scheduled work, contacting customers for special orders, and assisting the Service Client Care Manager with escalations, while striving to meet or exceed KPI targets and contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, clerical, or related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally to schedule service reservations.
• Follow training materials and scripts to answer guest questions.
• Keep up with service specials, mailers, and recall notices.
• Use Blueprint Knowledge Drive to find answers before transferring to a Service Advisor.
• Adhere to Client Care Center Policies and Procedures.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets for client service.
