The role emphasizes meeting monthly appointment goals, accuracy in data entry, and a friendly, reliable team player who can work well independently in a daytime, full-time schedule with weekly pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to strong computer proficiency.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling appointments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and help customers schedule service appointments.
• Contact customers by phone and text about recommended maintenance, recalls, and upcoming service needs.
• Assist customers with finding appointment times that work for their schedules.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in our scheduling system.
• Manage multiple programs and computer screens while speaking with customers.
• Follow up with customers when needed.
• Work with the Service Department and other coordinators to reach monthly appointment goals.
