Job summary

Vertiv Co in Irvine, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Services Scheduling and Planning group. You will schedule and direct technicians, ensure execution of service activities, and monitor work orders to meet contractual requirements while maximizing revenue and maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of field services scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Engineer with rescheduled PMs by updating customer notes.
• Maintain a master schedule of daily service activity on the Managers Board.
• Dispatch scheduled events, warranty, start-up, load banking, and maintenance.
• Ensure on-time PM completions, start-ups, and service calls.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with customers and Service Partners.
• Monitor scheduling of CE's and SP service events within the district.
• Manage Site activation/cancellation on Service Partner Web for contracts.
• Provide PM/FCN due reports to CE to aid scheduling.
• Review and modify PM schedule dates before releasing tickets.
