Qualifications

• Graduate engineer (BSEE/BSME) or equivalent with field experience; or graduate of electrical technical school with several years of related work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience with editing, formatting, and using templates in Microsoft Word; ability to research standards/products across the internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily schedules for field personnel.
• Coordinate required test equipment for jobs with field personnel.
• Review data sheets and reports prior to supervisor review.
• Provide technical direction to clients and field personnel.
• Respond to customer requests and quote jobs within authority.
• Direct Shop Technicians’ daily activities.
• Maintain equipment asset list and tool check-out system.
• Collaborate with management to prepare weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.
• Train technicians to perform basic testing procedures.
