Job summary

Intelligent Electronic Systems (IES) is seeking a Service Coordinator to support field service technicians and customer support by managing daily scheduling, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication across customers, technicians, and the service team.

This role reports to the Service Manager and handles routine scheduling and escalated issues using email, spreadsheets, CRM, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in service coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and customer relationship management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer availability.
• Dispatch field service technicians based on service needs and schedules.
• Track appointments, updates, and service coordination activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service details, and status updates.
• Manage escalated customer issues and route matters appropriately.
• Maintain accurate information using email, spreadsheets, CRM, and scheduling tools.
