Job summary

Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to be the central contact for service and warranty requests, coordinating with builders, customers, and internal teams from intake through completion.

You will create work orders, schedule, coordinate materials, process claims and billing support, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and accurate cost tracking across service, production, and field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus one year of related experience or training.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new customer service requests and determine cause and address.
• Schedule appointments with builders and coordinate work within 24 hours.
• Verify material availability and repair timelines.
• Process claims, support billing, and track costs.
• Create and manage work orders, and communicate with internal teams.
