Job summary

Superior Industrial Products is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently schedule and coordinate field and shop service activities. You will act as the hub between customers, technicians, parts personnel, and branch leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a service coordination, dispatching, or admin support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch daily work orders for field and shop technicians.
• Serve as main point of contact for customer communication and updates.
• Create, process, and close work orders in service software and ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor KPIs: response time, open work orders, PM completion, technician utilization.
• Assist with warranty claims documentation and labor recovery tracking.
