Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls with timely dispatch.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Analyze work orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with pricing labor and materials per contract.
• Prepare and process work orders and invoices; acquire purchase orders.
• Track deficiencies and quotes.
• Maintain customer information in databases and service records.
• Coordinate service requirements with other departments to ensure effective customer service.
• Provide accurate information to Accounting for one-day billing.
