Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the central contact for warranty requests, coordinating with builders, customers, and internal teams from intake to completion.

The role manages work orders, scheduling, material coordination, claims processing, and billing support, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation. Flexible team environment supports growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of related experience or training.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new customer service requests to determine cause, type, and address.
• Schedule appointments and confirm work within 24 hours of receipt.
• Verify material availability and confirm estimated repair timelines.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Create work orders and coordinate with Production Coordinators for parts and supplies.
• Prepare and send quotes/invoices for builder purchase orders within 24 hours.
