Job summary

Johnson Controls in San Antonio, TX, seeks an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to be on site, receiving and scheduling service requests, and coordinating technician schedules to meet maintenance plans. You will support billing, customer care and admin processes, ensuring accuracy in NxGen data and timely follow-up with customers.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and interact with diverse teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years in service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Independent, organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a large number of projects and priorities with tact and persistence.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to achieve tasks/goals.
• Preferred: Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service requests and manage technician schedules.
• Coordinate labor to align technicians with customer and service needs.
• Communicate the action plan and services to customers directly.
• Support billing, customer support, and administrative processes.
• Attend daily huddles and weekly planning meetings; monitor time/expenses.
