Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Answer calls from customers and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records, pricing, and invoicing support.
• Prepare subcontract work orders and quotes for billing.
• Update customer databases with contract and site information.
• Coordinate service requirements with other departments to ensure quality service.
