Job summary

Danbury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Service Scheduler to act as the communications hub for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have strong computer skills, and present a professional appearance while coordinating appointments and supporting service advisors.

You will schedule service appointments, assist with customer communications, and help with clerical tasks to keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtime is a plus.
• Available to work Full-Time.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler Service Appointments.
• Answer phones assist customers as required.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
