Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis in Huntington, NY is seeking a Service BDC Agent for a full-time role. You will answer inbound calls, transfer to the right department, take messages, and help schedule service appointments to keep customers connected with our service team.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a friendly professional manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming dealership and service department calls.
• Transfer calls professionally to the appropriate department or employee.
• Take accurate messages and communicate promptly.
• Schedule service appointments with customers.
• Follow up with customers to generate additional service opportunities.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Managers, and the Service Department.
