Danbury Automotive Group seeks a Service Scheduler to be the communications hub for the Service Department. The right candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor.

The Scheduler will book service appointments and assist Service Advisors with customer communication.

The Service Scheduler will Make Appointments for Service Customers, Assist the Service Advisors with Customer Communication, and Assist as Needed in the department.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler Service Appointments
• Answer phones assist customers as required
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtimea plus
• Available to work Full-Time
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
