Job summary

400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team of customer-focused professionals within a high-volume, process-driven dealership environment.

You will handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments, advise on maintenance, input vehicle and customer data, and schedule appointments while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires multitasking across systems and a proactive approach to improve scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to multi-task across computer programs while maintaining rapport with customers on the phone.
• Proactive, energetic, and accountable with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Purpose/Summaryof Position:

• Handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments

Candidates must possess:

• Previous Dealership Service Department Appointment Booking experience preferred
• Preferred Previous customer service/administrative experience required
• Experience with CDK or Dealermine an asset
