Job summary

SAV Eyehear is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service requests, scheduling, and support for field technicians in the Flathead Valley. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinate with leadership, and maintain contracts and documentation to ensure a smooth service experience.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency with standard office software, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a professional office environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to coordinate people and processes and quickly learn to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Answer service requests via ProVision dashboard, phone, scheduling.
• Provide service job support, including product ordering for field technicians.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians with clients, monitoring partners, and leadership.
• Maintain client accounts and annual contracts in Service Fusion.
• Provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
