Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings is seeking a Service Coordinator responsible for day-to-day scheduling, managing workload and staffing, contacting customers for service availability, and ensuring rental equipment is secured and delivered on time.

You will audit technician documentation, enter service work into InspectAll, retrieve POs, support after-hours operations, and prepare items for billing while tracking KPIs such as field hours and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous work experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry required.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and maximizing output of the department.
• Auditing all reports no later than the next business day.
• Confirming scheduling with end users and Field Operatives.
• Source and track supplies needed to complete work.
• Estimate quote immediate customer needs.
• Urgent Service.
• Assemble job information for billing.
• Retrieve Purchase Orders from customers.
• Assist with Compliance activities and 6S Audits.
