Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a professional office environment.
• Ability to learn scheduling software and client management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests via dashboard and phone, schedule and confirm jobs.
• Order products for service jobs and support field technicians.
• Maintain client accounts and service contracts in the system.
• Provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with clients, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
