Pavion Corp is seeking a talented Service Sales Representative to join our security business unit. You will identify and develop service sales opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and present compelling service proposals to customers across multiple sectors.

The role requires field engagement and strong collaboration with operations to ensure successful service delivery. In addition to a base salary, the position offers commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, service sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and relationship-building activities.
• Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process from prospecting to close.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage pipelines and forecasts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop service sales opportunities through outbound activities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on service proposals aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver client solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities and manage forecast accuracy.
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle from qualification to close.
