Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Core Sales Representative to join its security business unit in a role focused on prospecting, needs assessments, and delivering customized fire alarm and security solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience in security or fire alarm systems, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication to engage clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors. A valid driver’s license is required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience selling security or fire alarm systems
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized solutions
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth installation and implementation
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide post-sale support
• Stay updated on industry trends and communications of value propositions
