Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years in outside sales or business development; roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's License: Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client base for the commercial repair division.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Promote Baker Roofing Company services to clients and prospects.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management, scheduling, and proposals.
• Consult on roofing system repairs to meet client needs and standards.
• Access roofs to assess conditions and perform core cuts when needed.
• Participate in trade shows and expos to promote services.
• Document roof conditions in BOX and develop repair proposals.
• Support operations and assist receivable duties as directed.
