Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to grow and manage a client base for our repair division. The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting Baker’s service offerings.

The position offers a structured training program, competitive base plus uncapped commissions, and strong benefits including ESOP and 401K matching. Local travel and field work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales or business development in commercial roofing.
• Driver's license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounts.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for account management, scheduling and proposals.
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs.
• Assist receivables duties as directed by management.
