Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to develop and manage a growing client base for the commercial repair division. The role includes meeting sales targets, promoting services, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in outside sales (roofing preferred), a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with CRM tools. Company provides extensive training, benefits from day one, and an uncapped commission structure.

Competenze

• Education: High school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years in outside sales or business development; commercial roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in the commercial roofing segment.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Promote Baker Roofing Company's services and maintain client communications.
• Generate leads through cold calls, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for account management and pipeline tracking.
• Assist with receivables duties as directed by management.
