Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Service Sales Representative to build and manage a client base for our commercial repair division. You will drive growth by developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

The role requires a minimum three years in outside sales (commercial roofing preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Training and development are provided in a structured program, with competitive base pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years in outside sales or business development; commercial roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's License: Required

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in the commercial repair division.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads for repair and service work through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for account management, scheduling, proposals, and recording sales activity.
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs in line with industry standards.
