Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Service Sales Representative for the commercial roofing division in Roanoke, VA. You will develop and manage a client base, meet sales targets, and drive growth through lead generation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include using Salesforce and proposing repairs, coordinating events, and supporting operations. Requires 3+ years in outside sales and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years outside sales or business development; roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accounts for the commercial repair division.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Use Salesforce CRM daily for account management and scheduling.
• Propose roofing repairs meeting industry standards.
• Coordinate trade shows and marketing events.
• Support operations and receivable duties as directed.
