Baker Roofing Company in Virginia Beach seeks a Service Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow the commercial repair client base. You will drive sales, build relationships, and coordinate service offerings across the team.

The role requires outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Training is provided; competitive base with uncapped commission and ESOP benefits apply.

Formación

• Education: High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years outside sales or business development; commercial roofing sales preferred.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Provide constant communication and promote company services.
• Generate leads for repair and service work via cold calling and networking.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for account management, scheduling, proposals, and activity recording.
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs.
• Physically access roofs to estimate conditions and analyze surfaces.
• Participate in trade shows and marketing events to generate opportunities.
• Support the operations team with project information and coordination.
• Assist in receivable duties as directed by management.
