Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to develop, manage, and expand a client base for the commercial repair division in the Roanoke area.

You will participate in a structured four‑month Sales Training & Development Program, receive a company vehicle, cell phone and laptop, and work with a Salesforce CRM daily to drive leads and close deals. The role offers a base salary + uncapped commission with an OTE of $75,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school graduate, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of related outside sales or business development experience, commercial roofing sales experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in our customer base.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Provide constant communication and promote services provided by the company.
• Generate leads for repair and service work through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, service hand-off, account management, and networking.
• Utilize the Salesforce CRM system daily for the management of accounts, scheduling, proposal development, and recording of sales-related activity.
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs in compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in sales meetings, internal trainings, manufacturer seminars, and conferences to continue industry education and development.
