Job summary

Baker Roofing Company seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a commercial roofing client base. You will drive relationships with customers, coordinate events, and promote repair and service offerings across our Southeast footprint.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outside sales (roofing preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Competitive base with uncapped commission and strong safety culture are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate; college preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years in Outside Sales or Business Development; roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and manage existing accounts in the client base.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Promote services and provide roofing system solutions to customers.
• Coordinate trade shows, architect/property manager/hospitality expos, and marketing events.
• Create leads via cold calling, referrals, service hand-off, and networking.
• Use Salesforce daily for account management, scheduling, proposals, and activity tracking.
• Assist operations with receivables and project support when needed.
