You will establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, develop relationships, and close deals to meet sales plans. A B2B sales background and technical product experience are preferred; salary range posted.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum B2B track record of sales experience.
• Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.
• Prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems.
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers.
• Develop relationships and close deals to meet sales plans.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Support service department to generate leads for upgrades.
