Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a SSE Service Sales Executive to promote and sell service agreements for fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, and related systems. You will identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and build relationships to achieve sales plans.

The role requires a strong hunter mentality, B2B experience, and the ability to work in a matrix environment while meeting quotas. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years).
• Three (3) years minimum B2B track record of sales experience.
• Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for building systems products (fire alarm, suppression, security, etc.).
• Develop sales strategies to meet objectives and close sales to meet plan.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the sales plan.
• Conduct building surveys to support estimates.
