Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler and security. You will contact prospects, qualify opportunities, and develop lasting customer relationships while aligning offerings with client needs.

The role requires a 5-year or more B2B sales track record, experience selling services or technical products, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years).
• 5+ years minimum B2B track record of sales experience.
• Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, and inspections).
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls and following up leads.
• Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers and determine their needs.
