Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems. You will build and qualify leads, develop tailored proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum B2B sales experience required.
• Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, solution-sell and close deals.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products.
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers.
• Develop relationships and maintain ongoing customer engagement.
• Identify customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet quotas.
• Maintain an active proposal backlog to support the sales plan.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, expenses and competitive activity promptly.
