Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Service/Route Coordinator to join our team in Tipton, IN. The role focuses on keeping customer accounts organized, handling invoices, and tracking daily call volumes to improve processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The position is part-time with a Tue-Fri 12:00pm-5:00pm schedule and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm. A high school diploma or GED and proficiency with Word/Excel, IFS, or Salesforce are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, route coordination or operations (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Operates a fork truck minimally.

Responsibilities
