Job summary

TK Elevator in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager- Service/Repair. You will oversee all service and repair operations to ensure profitability and alignment with annual budgets.

You will supervise field personnel, enforce safety programs, conduct site visits for quality audits, and collaborate with sales on bids and scope. A bachelor's degree or extensive management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator industry and general management methods.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and variables.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train superintendents and employees; hire and manage performance.
• Administer safety program; perform safety audits weekly.
• Visit job sites; conduct quality audits to ensure cost-effective repairs.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and Map Point; adjust as needed.
• Provide technical input to sales on scope of work and materials for bids.
