Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator to support the Service and Repair Operations team in Bucks County. You will organize and file work orders, handle data entry, and assist with parts purchasing and repair coordination.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in a manufacturing/repair office environment considered a plus. You will interact with customers, vendors and colleagues to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management required.
• Able to interpret instructions from multiple coworkers.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook.
• Detail oriented and precise.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing/repair office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, distribute and file work orders and project documents.
• Provide clerical support to the department to meet deadlines and customer satisfaction.
• Initiate in-house and vendor repairs for hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.
• Purchase machine parts and equipment and expedite purchase orders.
• Update and maintain work orders and production reports.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and staff to gather and share information.
