Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Monroe Township, NJ to execute goals set by the Customer Service Manager and ensure top-notch service to internal and external customers.

You will manage data in the CDS warehouse and client systems, and handle order processing, shipping documents, and inventory coordination. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, entering orders, generating client reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of prior customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and monitoring shipping and receiving documentation and transactions.
• Enter and manage customer information in company software (WMS, Foxware, SAP, etc.).
• Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries from customers and carriers.
• Collaborate with operations to schedule appointments and handle orders.
• Receive and verify customer orders and returns.
