Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project costs, materials, timesheets, and labor hours.
• Initiate invoicing for completed work and assist with payroll documentation.
• Generate and print various reports for the service projects.
• Monitor invoicing status and resolve billing disputes with internal teams and customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Cross-train for coverage of service project administrators when needed.
• Validate cost-to-date and reconcile project data in the system.
