Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Project Administrator to support project documentation, procurement, and invoicing from award to close-out. You will work with Area Service Managers, legal, and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate costs.

The role requires an Associate degree and up to two years of related experience, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work. On-site collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work and processes across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate project transition from Sales to Operations in systems.
• Administer projects through lifecycle to ensure contract compliance.
• Handle procurement: orders, PO creation, subcontracting.
• Coordinate monthly customer invoicing per requirements.
• Record project costs and assist with forecasting and reporting.
