Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure accurate recording of project costs and timesheets.
• Initiate invoicing for completed work and prepare payroll documentation.
• Monitor invoicing status and resolve billing disputes with customers and internal teams.
• Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports to support project administration.
• Validate cost to date and reconcile project data in the business system.
• Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure information transfer.
