Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Project Administrator in Los Angeles, CA. Under supervision, you will handle routine project documentation, materials, job costing and invoicing to ensure timely closeout of projects.

You will coordinate with the Area Service Manager and team, set up service agreements, and generate reports while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Overtime weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
• Must have strong background in invoicing and/or general accounting administration.

Responsibilities

• Sets‑up service agreements in system application and records project costs.
• Coordinates with team for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including materials and time sheets.
• Responsible for processing service claims/concessions, SPD, retrofit, labor warranty, purchase orders, and initiating invoicing.
• Generates, interprets, and prints various assigned reports and communicates with team members.
• Cross trains for coverage of the Resource Coordinator position when staffing needs arise.
