Job summary

Rivian in Ohio is seeking a Service Production Supervisor to direct the shop's daily flow, coach technicians, and ensure top‑tier service quality. You will clear roadblocks, manage parts, tools, and information to empower the team to deliver with speed and excellence.

You will drive the production rhythm, prioritize workload, and collaborate with Parts, Service Advisors, and other teams to eliminate bottlenecks while maintaining Rivian's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems including high‑voltage and infotainment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technicians to foster a high-performance culture.
• Actively manage performance, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and build development plans.
• Champion Rivian culture and foster an inclusive, empowered environment.
• Identify talent and provide hands-on training to elevate technical capabilities.
• Oversee service workflows and coordinate with Parts and other teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive daily shop rhythm from intake to final quality check to maximize throughput.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure safety, and maintain a world-class workshop.
