Job summary

Rivian seeks a Service Production Supervisor in Texas to lead the service center's daily operations, guiding vehicle flow and mentoring technicians to uphold Rivian's standards. You will ensure the right parts, tools, and information are available to keep work moving smoothly.

You will be the master facilitator for throughput, coordinating with Parts, Service Advisors and cross-team units, driving safety and quality in every completed vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems including high-voltage, electrical, mechanical and infotainment.
• Lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization experience in a service/production setting.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), repair order tracking and diagnostic software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop your team of technicians, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Own the daily production rhythm of the shop, prioritizing workload and ensuring throughput.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Maintain safety and organization to uphold Rivian's workshop standards.
• Act as primary advocate for the team's needs and performance indicators.
